The OTC Tire Bead Seater, No. 5713, is a time-saving tool for technicians looking to properly inflate a new or used tire mounted on a wheel with a large gap between the tire bead and wheel. The air trigger expels a burst of compressed air from within the ASME certified 13-gal tank that inflates the tire to seat it on the wheel rim. This allows the tire to be inflated to the recommended pressure through the tire valve. The OTC Tire Bead Seater can be used on a variety of wheel configurations and will even allow seating of a tire with a gap as large as 5”.
