TSB: Navigator Loss of Power

Certain 2023 Lincoln Navigator vehicles with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine built between December 2022 and April 2023 may experience power loss and warning lights due to outdated PCM software. Reprogramming the PCM with the latest software resolves these issues.

Navigator Loss of Power

Some 2023 Lincoln Navigator vehicles built December 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023 and equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine may experience a lack of power on startup and an illuminated MIL and/or powertrain malfunction “wrench” indicator with DTC P2102 stored in the PCM. This may be due to the PCM software level. Reprogram the PCM using the latest available software.
