Chevy Frozen DEF
This bulletin applies to diesel-equipped 2022 Chevy Colorado, Express and Silverado 4500HD/5500HD/6500HD vehicles. The DEF pump may be running in very cold conditions when the DEF is frozen in the tank. DTC P105A and/or P208A may be set as current or in recent history.
The cause may be a software anomaly. Update the emissions reductant fluid controller with the latest calibration.
