TSB: Chevy Pulls After Alignment

This bulletin addresses a potential issue where Chevy Silverado 1500, Suburban, and Tahoe vehicles with SuperCruise may veer unexpectedly after wheel alignment due to an image processing anomaly. Proper steering wheel sensor centering is essential for correct lane keeping.

Chevy Pulls After Alignment

This bulletin applies to 2023-2024 Chevy Silverado 1500, Suburban and Tahoe vehicles equipped with lane active safety-keep assist, hands free lane following.

After a wheel alignment, when engaging SuperCruise, the vehicle may immediately veer based in the lane and center itself on the left-hand lane line. During normal driving and/or if normal adaptive cruise is used, a pull may not be notices.

This issue may be due to an anomaly after a vehicle alignment in the image processing module. Refer to Steering Wheel Position Sensor Centering to properly complete the learning procedure.
