This bulletin applies to 2016-2024 Nissan Titan/Titan XD 4WD vehicles. If the front differential has a fluid leak coming from the actuator motor plastic threads, place an alignment mark on the splined actuator body and the gear carrier. Remove the actuator and thoroughly clean the threads, making sure to not allow RTV to fall into the differential case. Once clean, apply Three Bond sealant to the threads and then reinstall the actuator motor, making sure to align the alignment marks. Check differential gear oil level and top to specification.
