TSB: Chrysler Bushing Problems

This bulletin applies to 2023 Chrysler 300 vehicles built on and after February 8, 2023 and on or before February9, 2023. A knock or rattle noise may be heard when driving over bumps. The cause may be under-cured front lower control arm bushings. Inspect with the vehicle on a flat surface with the suspension loaded. During inspection, if the bushing is bad, you will see the rubber bushing bulging out from the bottom area. Replace the right and/or left front lower control arm(s) with P/N 68079723AB, along with a new M14 x 1.50 hex flange nut P/N 06511905AA. After replacement, perform a wheel alignment.
