TSB: Rivian Bad Halfshaft

Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some 2025 R1T and R1S vehicles. These vehicles were built with front halfshafts that were not manufactured properly by the supplier and could separate at the inner CV joint (clunking or thumping noise). Also, a “Limited Performance Mode” indicator light will illuminate. The replacement halfshaft is P/N PT00087074-F.
