TSB: Chrysler Power Steering

This bulletin applies to 2024 Chrysler Voyager/Pacifica vehicles built on or after April 30, 2024 and on or before May 14, 2024. The MIL may be on, with DTC C2217-00 (electric power steering module internal) set. The vehicle may experience a loss of power steering assist and the EPS lamp may illuminate. The cause is traced to the steering gear assembly. Replace the steering gear assembly and perform a wheel alignment.
