    Fixing Ford Engine Oil Pressure Problem

    Some 2018 Ford Expedition vehicles built on or before May 3, 2018, may exhibit a MIL on with DTC P0521 (abnormal/inconsistent oil pressure sensor).
    Ford
    If pressure is normal, reprogram the PCM to the latest release.
    If pressure is normal, reprogram the PCM to the latest release.

    Some 2018 Ford Expedition vehicles built on or before May 3, 2018, may exhibit a MIL on with DTC P0521 (abnormal/inconsistent oil pressure sensor). If this DTC is stored in the PCM, check engine oil pressure using a test gauge. If pressure is normal, reprogram the PCM to the latest release.
