Some 2017-2018 Ford Explorer vehicles equipped with a 110V power outlet may exhibit a high pitched buzzing or ringing noise from the right side front interior area while the engine is running.
If the noise is no longer present, replace the direct current/alternating current (DC/AC) inverter using P/N GB5Z-19G317-D.
