This bulletin applies to 2015 Ram 2500, 3500 and 3500 Cab Chassis vehicles built on or before January 8, 2015 and equipped with a 5.7L Hemi engine.
DTC U0140 (lost communication with body control module) may be set. During normal diagnostics, this DTC may be found and attempting to clear the DTC may be unsuccessful.
Reprogramming the PCM is required using wiTECH software level 15.02 or higher. Reprogramming time will be about 0.2 hour.
