Fixing Toyota Highlander Lack of Power

    Some 2017 Toyota Highlander vehicles equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission may exhibit a lack of power, high RPM shift point at the 2-3 shift, and/or hesitation in low gears.

    Some 2017 Toyota Highlander vehicles equipped with an 8-speed automatic transmission may exhibit a lack of power, high RPM shift point at the 2-3 shift, and/or hesitation in low gears.

    Vehicles equipped with the start/stop feature may also experience extended crank and RPM fluctuation during or immediately following engine restart. The ECM logic has been modified. Reprogram to the latest calibration.
