Issue with Ram Oil Pressure Sensor
This bulletin applies to 2013-2014 RAM 1500, 2500, 3500 3500 Cab Chassis and 2014 4500/5500 Cab Chassis vehicles that are equipped with a 2.0L, 2.4L, 3.2L, 3.6L, 3.0L, 5.7L, 6.4L or 8.4L engine, built on or before March 12, 2014.
A “small number” of customers may experience a MIL on. DTC P0520 (engine oil pressure sensor circuit) may be set. Replace the oil pressure sensor and clear DTCs.
Replacement sensors are listed as follows:
For 2.0L and 2.4L engines, the P/N is 68145662AA. For 3.0L, 3.2L, 3.6L, 5.7L and 6.4L engines, the P/N is 05149062AA. For 8.4L engines, the P/N is 05149064AA. For 3.6L and 3.2L engines, you will also need a new intake plenum seal P/N 5184562AC and a new intake manifold seal P/N 5184331AC.
