The customer may notice that the vehicle has poor acceleration and/or the transmission will not upshift under wide open throttle. This can be caused by low fuel flow from the fuel pump module.

  1. Drive the vehicle to a safe location where you can perform a 0-50 mph WOT.
  2. From a complete stop, depress the accelerator pedal to the floor until 50 mph is reached.
  3. During the test drive, if the vehicle displays poor performance, stumble or no upshifting, replace the fuel pump module. The fuel pump module for 3.6L or 5.7L engine is 68304617AA.
