Replacing Ford F-150 Catalytic Converter

Some 2015-2016 Ford F-150 trucks equipped with a 2.7L GTDI engine and built on or before Dec. 18, 2015 may exhibit a MIL on with DTC P0420 stored in continuous memory. 

Some 2015-2016 Ford F-150 trucks equipped with a 2.7L GTDI engine and built on or before Dec. 18, 2015 may exhibit a MIL on with DTC P0420 stored in continuous memory.

If this DTC is found, replace the right side catalytic converter and reprogram the PCM to the latest calibration using IDS release 98.04 or higher. For non green state emissions, us P/N FL3Z-5E212-L. For green state emissions use FL3Z-5E212-R.
