This bulletin applies to certain 2018 Genesis G80 and G90 vehicles equipped with Lambda engines. The factory-installed engine oil filler cap may have incorrect text for engine oil viscosity printed on the cap, noting SAE 0W-30 instead of the correct SAE 5W-30.

If the cap lists 0W-30, it must be replaced with the correct cap that lists 5W-30.

For vehicles registered in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington, a Vehicle Emission Recall – Proof of Correction card must be filled out.

Fill out the information on the 00305-SC901-G Campaign Sticker and apply onto the hood in the area below the emission label.
