This bulletin applies to 2012 Dodge Ram trucks, including 1500, 2500, 3500 and 4500/5500 series, where the left side door tow mirror features a shaking motion in the mirror glass. The cause may be a fault in the pivoting arm between the mirror head and the door mount.

1. Using light hand pressure, push up on the outer edge of the mirror assembly.

2. If the assembly moves upward, replace the mirror assembly.
