If a customer complains of a rattle noise at the right front of a 2012 Chrysler Grand Voyager (built between Nov. 7, 2011, and Nov. 8, 2011), check the torque of the right front upper strut mount fasteners. 

Remove the cowl screen and check that all three strut fasteners at the shock tower are torqued to 21 ft.-lbs. (28 Nm).

While you’re at it, perform the same check at the left front upper strut mount as well.

Replace the cowl screen.
