This bulletin applies to 2011-2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with Rear Load Leveling Suspension. A concern may involve a rattle and/or clunk noise from the rear of the vehicle.

This bulletin applies to 2011-2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles equipped with Rear Load Leveling Suspension. A concern may involve a rattle and/or clunk noise from the rear of the vehicle.

Drive the vehicle between 10 mph and 15 mph over rough roads. If a rattle/clunk noise is found, remove and replace the right and left rear shock absorbers with P/N 68069680AC. Both rear shocks must be replaced as a pair.
