Connection Conundrum

This bulletin applies to 2013-2014 Cadillac XTS, ATS, CTS and SRX models. Some customers may comment on the SES light on. A technician may find DTCs P0097, P00F4, P0113, P2229 and/or P0102 set.

The condition may be caused by disconnecting the mass air flow sensor (MAF) with the ignition key in the on position and/or with the engine running while servicing the A/C refrigerant fill port, air filtration system or other components under the hood.

If any of these codes become present during service work, re-check the connections to ensure the proper click engagement for connectors and clear all codes.
