Cadillac Connection Oops

Some owners of 2013-2014 Cadillac XTS vehicles may comment on the SES (service engine soon) light on. Upon inspection the technician may find DTCs P0097, P00F4, P0113, P2229 and/or P0102 set.

This condition may be caused by disconnecting the MAF sensor with the ignition on and/or the engine running while servicing the A/C Freon fill port, air filtration system or other components under the hood. If any of these codes are present during service work, recheck connections to ensure the proper click engagement for connectors and clear all codes.
