Don't heat the hybrid
Honda notes that the high voltage batteries in the 2000-2006 Insight, 2003-2009 Civic Hybrid and the 2005-2007 Accord Hybrid (and other hybrid models/years) can be affected and damaged by excessively high temperatures.
The temperature in some body shop paint booths can exceed 150 degrees F. Therefore, during refinishing operations, the paint booth temperature must be set at or below 150 degrees F.
As a reminder, every Honda Hybrid has a sticker on the driver’s door stating the maximum temperature.
