This bulletin applies to 2014-2019 Chevy Corvette vehicles equipped with a 6.2L LT1 or LT4 engine. The SES light may be on, accompanied by DTC P0106 and P0506. This may be caused by a broken valve spring.

Remove the valve covers and inspect the springs. Replace the broken spring(s) providing the valve did not drop and damage the piston and/or the cylinder wall. Note: If a broken valve spring is found, inspect the intake manifold for a collapsed runner.
