Replacing Toyota Intake Manifold Assembly

This bulletin applies to 2012-2015 Toyota Prius PHV, 2012-2016 Prius V and 2010-2015 Prius vehicles.

The intake manifold for all of the above-listed models now require intake manifold P/N 17120-37054, along with EGR pipe gasket 25634-37030.

This bulletin applies to 2012-2015 Toyota Prius PHV, 2012-2016 Prius V and 2010-2015 Prius vehicles. Some vehicles equipped with a 2ZR-FXE engine may exhibit a rough running condition with the MIL on. DTCs P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303 and P0304 (misfire codes) may be present during light acceleration while the EGR system is active.

Toyota recommends replacing the intake manifold assembly to address this condition. The intake manifold for all of the above-listed models now require intake manifold P/N 17120-37054, along with EGR pipe gasket 25634-37030.
