This bulletin applies to 2012-2015 Toyota Prius PHV, 2012-2016 Prius V and 2010-2015 Prius vehicles.
Some vehicles may exhibit a “runs rough” and/or MIL on condition with DTCs P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303 and P0304 (misfire) during light acceleration while the EGR system is active.
Replace the intake manifold assembly with a revised manifold to address this condition. The improved intake manifold for all of these applications is P/N 17120-37054. This only applies to rough running and the afore-noted DTCs while the EGR system is active.
