Join WrenchWay's TechMission 2021

Join Wrenchway for their second annual TechMission 2021 event. This virtual event takes place Nov. 10-11 and registration is free. 

The goal of TechMission is to bring together technicians, shop owners, managers, and schools to discuss industry-related issues such as the technician shortage how schools can better prepare students for joining the workforce. This two-day has eight content sessions including: 

• Why technicians are leaving the industry
• How can schools prepare students for industry
• How to develop a technician onboarding program & maximize technician engagement
• Flat rate vs. hybrid pay 
• How technicians can help solve the technician shortage
• Building a successful mentorship program 
• Driving employee recognition in the service center
