Mitchell 1, a provider of automotive repair software and repair shop solutions, announced it recently concluded their Accelerate Profitability virtual workshop series and will make the free sessions available until September 14, 2021.

The three sessions included a panel of industry leaders who have aftermarket knowledge and first-hand experience in operating a successful auto repair business, as well as product experts who shared tips on using Mitchell 1's shop management and repair information software.

A panel of the industry leaders and shop owners provided a peek into the future and shared ways to ensure your shop is ready for the coming changes and long-term success. They also touched on practical ways to generate immediate results.

2. Supercharge Your Shop Management System

Tim McDonnell, senior marketing manager for Manager SE, presented tips for users of all experience levels to maximize the shop management system for increased profits. Topics included engaging customers with text messaging, how to automate customer communications, getting the most value from the new online reports, tips for working with ROs efficiently, and more.

3. 5 Easy Tips to Find Repair Information Faster

Gary Hixson, senior marketing manager for ProDemand, presented topics that included tips to search and navigate the auto repair software most efficiently, use SureTrack real-world content for the most accurate diagnosis, simplify electrical diagnosis, zero in on complete ADAS information and more.
