The Streamlight Portable Scene Light III (PSL III) is ideal for regular maintenance tasks, roadside service, heavy duty truck and trailer repairs, mobile diagnostics, undercarriage inspections, nighttime and inclement-weather emergency service calls, and large-area shop or yard illumination. Its high-output beam and elevated tripod design make it especially useful for illuminating engine compartments, work zones, loading areas, and outdoor repair sites where overhead lighting is limited or unavailable.

Origin

The PSL III was developed as the next evolution of Streamlight’s Portable Scene Light family to provide higher output, improved portability, and greater flexibility for professionals working in low-light environments. The system was designed to address common challenges including limited visibility, difficult setup conditions, battery downtime, and the need for adaptable lighting in changing work environments.
