Origin
The Magnetic Bowl and Magnetic Strip were developed from the PTEN Award-winning Magnetic Mat. The Magnetic Strip, due to its size, makes it ideal for putting in locations where the Magnetic Mat couldn't fit, creepers, underhoist stands, transmission jacks, and as a clever way to attach your mobile worktable to your service cart for less trips through the shop. The Magnetic Bowl is versatile in that it can be used as a magnetic mat for ferrous items or can be snapped at all four corners and then can be used for both ferrous and non-ferrous items like plastic clips, aluminum, or copper items.

Manufacturing/engineering specifications
This product is made in Taiwan and is made of PVC and rare-earth magnets. Within the SXMAGPACK, there are two items: the Magnetic Bowl (No. SXMAGBOWL), which weighs only 12.8 oz. but can hold up to 25 lbs with nine rare earth magnets and the Magnetic Strip (No. SXMAGSTRIP), which weighs only 3.87 oz. but can hold up to 15 lbs with five rare earth magnets.
