ZF Services, LLC, the strategic aftermarket business unit of ZF Friedrichshafen AG, has announced a full line of communication tools now available to its customers. ZF Services established an innovative suite of informative sales aids and training tools during 2012, which are now being presented to customers, and development will continue throughout 2013.

With the new communication offerings for 2013, ZF Services’ customers can be assured that they will be equipped with market and product knowledge. Among the latest additions to the training toolbox is the inclusion of QR codes for access to the informational videos over the ZF Services product lines.

At the end of 2012 catalogs for the SACHS Clutch line and Stabilus Gas Charged Lift Support line, which is distributed through ZF Services, were released. The catalog for SACHS Shocks and Struts was released early in 2013. All are available in print or electronic format through an authorized distributor or by contacting a ZF sales representative.

Other valuable resources are training seminars and research conducted to supply data for OE interchanges and competitive price analyses. The product management team supports the sales team in conducting research and trainings so customers of ZF Services are informed of market and product information and trends. The most recent learning tool for the ZF Services’ customers is a Vehicle Spotlight informational piece which showcases a particular vehicle, its background, and all of the relevant ZF product line information. It is an invaluable sales tool which demonstrates a popular vehicle and its sales options.
