Drew Boldt thought he'd found his job—then he found his calling. What started as a detailing gig became a turning point when he discovered the Collision Engineering program. The ASE Accredited Training Program didn't just equip him with the technical expertise to thrive in the industry. It gave him something just as valuable: friendships that outlasted the classroom and continue to this day.

Drew Boldt started out as a detailer, not really sure where life was headed, but found his calling via the Collision Engineering program. The ASE Accredited Training Program gave him not only the technical skills to succeed but also friendships that have lasted well beyond graduation.

Today, he’s one of the lead techs at Tom’s Autobody, providing for his family and enjoying life on a piece of land with a big shop, room to ride, and space to relax.

Drew’s advice for aspiring techs is: “Lean on your mentors, keep learning every day, stick together with your classmates, and don’t be afraid to take the leap when opportunity comes. This industry will humble you at times, but if you stay committed, it will give back even more.”
