Bridgestone Retail Operations Earns ASE Accreditation for Technician Training Program
Bridgestone Retail Operations, a subsidiary of Bridgestone Americas, announced that its technician training curriculum has achieved National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence Accreditation. BSRO joins a select group of automotive service providers to earn the full ASE distinction, which recognizes schools and businesses meeting rigorous standards for automotive service training.
The accreditation applies to training programs used across more than 2,200 Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, Hibdon Tires Plus, and Wheel Works locations.

Ibrahim added that beyond growth and development opportunities for employees, ASE Accreditation allows BSRO stores to maintain and enhance the rigorous standards of trusted service customers have come to expect.
To achieve the accreditation, BSRO completed a four-year internal assessment and invested $3 million to modernize company training centers with the latest technology and equipment.
The 18-month ASE evaluation process included 53 training activities with more than 3,500 employees reviewing the company's curriculum, facilities, equipment, instructors, and student outcomes.
