This bulletin applies to 2019 Jaguar E-Pace/X540, F-Pace/X761, F-Type/X152, I-Pace/X590, XE/X760 and XF/X260 vehicles. When attempting to complete the “Replace ECU” application on the IPMB (Image Processor Module B), the application fails with the message “No Response from ECU.”

After this fault occurs, the module does not report any software part and the system is inoperative. After PATHFINDER requests a “Flash Erase” routine to be completed, the module reports an error because the module does not have enough time to respond.

This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER V261.
