Toyota Wants 70 EVs Within Next Five Years

Toyota says it plans to have around 70 "electrified models" available on a global scale by the year 2025.

The company's future lineup will include 15 dedicated battery-powered electric vehicles, including seven that will carry Toyoya's Beyond Zero (bZ) brand name.

Toyota also has announced that it plans to "bring electrification to its pickup truck lineup in the near future.

"This diverse portfolio of electrified products will help propel Toyota toward its goal of carbon neutrality by 2050."
