Lisle Corporation acquired Hansen Global effective October 9, 2026, with operations scheduled to transition to Lisle’s facility in Clarinda, Iowa, over two weeks. The Hansen Global product line will become part of Lisle’s specialty tool line, with no anticipated interruption in service. Customers should direct future purchase orders to Lisle, which will retain familiar Hansen Global item numbers alongside new Lisle part numbers. Existing Hansen Global pricing will be honored through January 1, 2027. Customers will also be able to combine shipments with other Lisle product lines under standard freight terms.
