Premium Guard Acquires IPC Global Solutions
Premium Guard Inc. (PGI) announced today that it acquired IPC Global Solutions (IPC). As part of the transaction, PGI also partnered with Trive Capital, the Dallas-based private equity firm.

The deal was finalized on Dec. 30, 2021. The new combined company will employ more than 600 people and operate approximately 1,000,000 square feet of warehouse space throughout North America, according to the announcement.

PGI, based in West Bridgewater, Mass., describes itself as a pioneer and first-to-market leader in automotive aftermarket filters and the creator of Pureflow, an advanced breathable air filtration technology, IPC, based in New York City, is a private label filter supplier and the creator of the Ecogard brand of filtration products.
