LWG acquires Midas store in Kearney, Nebraska

Leeds West Groups (LWG) is proud to announce the acquisition of its newest Midas automotive aftermarket repair location and retail store in Kearney, NE, and will assume operations effective on April 1, 2020.
Leeds West Groups (LWG) is proud to announce the acquisition of its newest Midas automotive aftermarket repair location and retail store in Kearney, NE, and will assume operations effective on April 1, 2020. LWG will be acquiring the business and real estate in this transaction.
This is LWG’s 5th location in the State of Nebraska. The location will be under the district management of Bob King based out of the Omaha Midas region in the ASE Division, and its Chief Operating Officer Alan Mahrt and LWG’s umbrella Chief Operating Officer Derek Wessels.

“I am excited to see LWG adding another location into the ASE team. This will be the 43rd location in the ASE Division and I am happy to see the ASE family continue to grow,” said CEO Judd Kyle Shader.

The location will offer the full brand of Midas services. The financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
