National Auto Parts Warehouse to acquire San Diego location of APW Knox-Seeman Warehouse
Miami, FL – National Auto Parts Warehouse Companies (NPW) has agreed to acquire the San Diego location of APW Knox-Seeman Warehouse, expanding NPW’s presence in southern California. The transaction is expected to close before the end of June.
The San Diego location is the second NPW acquisition in the rapidly growing southern California market, and joins three other NPW locations in California, which boasts the largest vehicle population in the country. The San Diego location operates in a 10,000 square foot warehouse and has been in business since 2010.

Schwartz Advisors, LLC is acting as the exclusive sell-side advisor to APW Knox-Seeman. Managing Partners Rick Schwartz and Keith Zar and Partner Rick Guirlinger were involved with the transaction.
