AkzoNobel Car Refinishes Americas has been selected by the Mid-Atlantic Collision Repair Organization (MACRO) for a preferred paint vendor agreement.

MACRO represents one of the largest consolidated groups of collision centers in the U.S. The group was chartered in 2001 with five founding member businesses. Today, MACRO is comprised of more than 50 independent collision repair centers. In total they number approximately 75 separate locations with more than $225 million in annual sales.

Chris Manifold, executive director for MACRO, noted, “We recruit only those shops with documented outstanding customer and insurance company relationships. Our strategic partnership will be a win-win for AkzoNobel and our members. Value will be driven from not only a product standpoint but also from innovative programs such as the newly announced Process Centered Environments.”
