Schaeffler demos newest products and service solutions at AAPEX 2025
Schaeffler's Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) division is demonstrating their latest vehicle repair solutions at AAPEX 2025 in booth #A2638.
Since their merger with Vitesco Technologies, Schaeffler has integrated the strengths of both organizations and expanded the VLS aftermarket product portfolio to include e-water pumps, transmission control units, and NOx sensors.
Torque converters and bearings
Schaeffler's AAPEX exhibit includes high-performance LuK brand torque converters under the TorCon line, the independent aftermarket's only all-new, never-remanufactured torque converters.
To date, Schaeffler has manufactured more than 63 million torque converters, two thirds of which have been manufactured out of its Wooster, Ohio plant, making it one of the largest manufacturers of this component in the industry.
From its Bearings & Seaks portfolio, the company is showing its award-winning TriFinity triple-row wheel bearings, iARC (Intelligent Active Roll Control), and RWS (Rear Wheel Steering) systems, delivering enhanced load capacity, precision, and long-term performance, according to Schaeffler.
Electronics and e-powertrain solutions
At AAPEX, the company is showing its expanded e-powertrain offerings for hybrid and fully electric vehicles that include e-water pumps, REMPSYSTEM G and M, the Schaeffler eAxle, advanced electric motors, and EV thermal management solutions to enhance efficiency, performance, and battery range.
AAPEX 2025 attendees will get a firsthand look at Schaeffler's latest VLS innovations, including engine, transmission, and electrification solutions, as well as digital tools and training platforms designed to support repair shops, distributors, and fleet operators.
