Some 2016-2019 Toyota MIRAl Ion Exchanger service parts may have experienced a manufacturing issue where the mesh is welded and/or adhered improperly to the frame.

Some 2016-2019 Toyota MIRAl Ion Exchanger service parts may have experienced a manufacturing issue where the mesh is welded and/or adhered improperly to the frame.

When replacing the Ion Exchanger, check for improper welding or hole alignment of the mesh material on the new part before installation.
