PTEN launches its 2021 Innovation Awards program
PTEN magazine is once again hosting its Innovation Awards program. Tool and equipment manufacturers are encouraged to submit their new and innovative product(s) for a chance to win this prestigious award.
For consideration, products entered must be launched between January 2020 and December 2020. There are 24 categories, ranging from diagnostics and ADAS to power tools and shop equipment. These products, introduced or significantly updated within the last year, are evaluated based on their ability to make vehicle diagnosis and repair easier and more efficient, as well as make shops more productive.
All entries will be judged by a panel of automotive repair industry professionals.
Nominees will be featured in the May and June 2021 issues of PTEN as well as Professional Distributor and VehicleServicePros.com.
The winning products and companies will be announced in the August issue of PTEN and Professional Distributor, and on VehicleServicePros.com. Additionally, all submissions will be eligible for PTEN’s People’s Choice program, an awards program in which winners are selected by PTEN readers.
The winning companies will also be honored during a special Innovation Awards ceremony to coincide with 2021 AAPEX.
Last year, the publication received a total of 145 product nominations.
