IntelliShift, a division of VTS and the connected fleet and asset operations intelligence platform, announced the release of its 2nd generation IntelliShift Video Telematics solution for large-scale companies seeking a holistic, unified safety application to manage their mobile workforce. Once in place, the technology is designed to optimize safe driving and reduce accidents all to protect drivers, the corporate brand, and profitability.

IntelliShift's Video Telematics solution's multi-camera configuration augments a company's safety strategy by providing 50 hours of continual recording, time-specific, on-demand video requests, and more to help managers visually monitor driver behavior as a proactive strategy to lower insurance costs and protect drivers.

Data from Video Telematics natively integrates with IntelliShift's Driver Scorecards and other complementary Safety Management applications to ensure operator safety, putting companies on track to gain operational efficiency. This technology is part of IntelliShift's comprehensive Safety Management solution, designed to incorporate machine learning technology, aimed to reinforce organizational trust and prevent risky driving behaviors.
