W.W. Williams acquires Desert Fleet-Serv Inc.

The W.W. Williams Company, LLC has completed the acquisition of Desert Fleet-Serv Inc., a mobile provider of onsite maintenance for repair services for diesel trucks and trailers.

One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, announced that its portfolio company, The W.W. Williams Company, LLC has completed the acquisition of Desert Fleet-Serv Inc. (DFS), a mobile provider of onsite maintenance and repair services for diesel trucks and trailers. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Phoenix, DFS’s ASE-certified technicians provide a comprehensive range of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair services, including diesel engine diagnostic, lubrication and other related services. Founded in 1995, the company has more than 200 customers in the metropolitan Phoenix area.

“DFS has been a driving force in the onsite fleet maintenance and mechanical repair service of large trucks and trailers in the Phoenix metropolitan area for 21 years,” said Jamie Koven, senior managing director at One Equity Partners. “This tuck-in acquisition helps W.W. Williams further expand its services in a key geographic market, positioning the company for further national growth.”

In August 2016, One Equity Partners acquired a majority equity interest in W.W. Williams, a provider of mechanical repair services and products for commercial trucks, diesel power generators, warehousing and other services.
