For more than 80 years, Blue Bird Corporation has continued to set industry standards with its innovative design and manufacturing capabilities. Additionally, Blue Bird provides comprehensive financial solutions through Blue Bird Capital Services. Today, Blue Bird has more than 1,200 employees, Georgia-based manufacturing facilities and an extensive network of Dealers and service-parts facilities throughout North America. Its global presence can be seen in more than 60 countries through sales into Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East.

Founded in 1927 under Christian principles, Blue Bird Corporation continues today to promote the same values and ideals instilled in the Blue Bird work force over 80 years ago. Not only does an original sign from the Blue Bird founders reading "God is our Refuge & Strength" still hang in the corporate headquarters, but Blue Bird also employs a full-time chaplain who conducts regular nondenominational services during business hours for any employee wishing to join.
