Motor Age Training and Technicians Service Training (TST) will host "A Mixed Bag of Diagnostics," a free one-hour live webinar, on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026, at 6 p.m. Eastern (5 p.m. Central). The session is sponsored by Autel.

TST's G. Jerry Truglia and Pierre Respaut will take on a variety of real-world problems spanning parasitic draws, ignition systems, module communication, and engine issues, sharing the diagnostic strategies, testing techniques, and critical-thinking approaches that uncover root causes. The discussion will also include equipment that can help technicians diagnose problems faster and with greater confidence.

Truglia is founder and president of TST. His career spans technician, service manager, shop owner, and technical writer, and he is a senior curriculum developer for automotive and truck inspection and repair programs. He has delivered on-board diagnostics and OBD II training nationwide and owns and instructs at Automotive Technician Training Services (ATTS) in Mahopac, N.Y.

Respaut has more than 55 years in the automotive industry as an ASE Master Certified Technician with L1 certification, diagnostician, and shop owner, and has been part of BIMRs.org, STS, and TST, among other groups.
