Chris Palmer, a mobile distributor in Birmingham, Ala., learned about heavy duty scan tools during a training forum by a representative of Bosch Automotive at the ISN Tool Dealer Expo in Orlando. Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of Professional Distributor Magazine, Palmer said there is a lot to know about how heavy duty scan tools differ from passenger vehicle scan tools.
