Gabe Davis is the CEO of Green Team Tek. GTT exists to provide fuse5 to the automotive aftermarket and to support it with world-class customer service. Founded in 2008 by Davis, GTT built fuse5 from a blank sheet, specifically for the autoparts sellers of the world. Whether you're a jobber, two-stepper or Warehouse Distributor, if you're selling parts, fuse5 is the best software available to you in the world.

Fuse5 was created with the help of auto parts store owners. How did their input influence the software’s features?

It’s not luck, it’s listening that has made fuse5 what it is today. Every function of fuse5 was built by listening to our customer describe their process and us building the fuse5 functionality around it. As a result, when people see fuse5 or the first time they keep saying, "that's exactly what I always wanted." From a technical standpoint, it's our unique ability of lever aging our cloud-based platform (built on the same platform as google and facebook), to build the functionality in a really slick way.

What is fuse5’s value proposition?

By listening to the automotive aftermarket and leveraging the latest software platform on the planet, GTT has built the best solution available to our customers today.

What is the conversion process for new customers? What sort of training is provided?

The fuse5 conversion is a “Zero Entry” transition. This means there’s not jump off the high dive, like what you have to do when you switch between legacy systems with onsite servers.

Because fuse5 is web-based, the conversion process is extremely simple. It’s hard for them to believe how easy the switch will be, until they've gone through it. While running off their old system, we create their own fuse5 and push in all their current information. Then they begin training on their own fuse5, with all their own information in the system, while still running their company off their old system. Training happens through personal webinars, with the GTT team usually ordering pizza and drinks for the company. Over a couple weeks, the fuse5 team will train the switching company, and then when the company's ready, fuse5 updates the information from the old to new system, clears out all the practice data and the customer goes live. This can happen any day of any week. Customers can even practice this a week or two ahead of time, so there's no surprises on the actual "go live" date.

What technical support does fuse5 offer?

This is our favorite subject. GTT offers the best customer support of any company we’re aware of in the world. Not just software companies. We have a live team in Iowa that will answer the phone by the second ring (no automated phone system), and the person who answers the phone can answer all of the customer’s questions. We also will take any request from any customer, during one of these calls, and will build it into fuse5 with an average turn around time of one week. Give us a call and introduce yourself: (319) 471-4490.
