The ESAB Cutmaster X 90 and X 110 is a heavy-industrial plasma cutting system with a new arc startin mechanism that starts the arch within a few thousandsths of a second after establishing airflow. The new 1TorchFLEX features an articulating head that can flex 30- to 90-degrees to improve joint access. The X 90 features 90A at less than 50 percent duty cycle and has a rated pierce and cut capacity of 7/8" and a 1.75" severe capability. The X 110 operates at 110A at less than 50 percent duty cycle, with a cut capacity of 1" and a 2" sever capability. Additional features include automatic inlet/outlet air pressure detection, automatic post-cut air purge to extend consumables life, and more.
