The 12-pc Punch and Chisel Set, No. 9R-400-012, from KNIPEX includes three 8" cold chisels, two center punches, two tapered punches, and five pin punches. The octagonal shape makes the punches easier to grip whens striking, and also prevents the tool from rolling away when placed on a surface. The material core design prevents mushrooming of the striking head. Tools are tempered to a hardness of 54 to 58 HRC/ Complies with DIN 7255 standard. The chisels feature a hand ground sharpened edge designed to cut and shear cold metal. The striking head is turned and chamfered.
